Is the QChord like an Autoharp?

Only in that they both have buttons that you push to select chords.  The Autoharp has strings, the QChord instead has an electronic strumplate.  The Autoharp is limited to as many as 21 chords while the QChord has 84.  The Autoharp can only play in as many as 7 Keys, the Qchord in all 12 Keys.  The QChord has many features not found on the Autoharp such as built- in Rhythm Accompaniments, the ability to transpose (play in one key, but be in another) and much more.

People who play the Autoharp will be pleased with the simplicity of the QChord and all it's added features.  They will be able to take "chord" music to new levels not before possible.
